Description
This is a solid 1969 Camaro Coupe project. It is believed to be free of rust and has a fresh, never been run, GM crate 502ci engine. The transmission is a 6-speed manual from a Dodge Viper. The brakes are by Wilwood.
We bought this car with the intent to finish the pro-touring/ resto-mod project for a customer that has sinced changed his mind. It is a great opportunity to get a fantastic base for a great project. Our restoration facility is excited to finish this car if the new owner wishes.
The gauge cluster is new (carbon fiber look) and stacked with a full compliment of Auto Meter gauges. We have all of the trim pieces for the car including factory front and rear bumpers. There is also a brand new, complete wiring harness for it. The front clip looks to be new and the body panels are all solid and straight. We do not have an interior for it but there is a dashboard, steering wheel, and steering column (hooked up and operating the front wheels.
The entire front clip has been replaced including the fenders and hood (all steel). The lower rear quarter panels have also been replaced - the work was done to a very high standard so there is very little body filler on the car.
The rear end is a 10 bolt Dana posi-traction model but I don't know the ratios. All of the glass except the rear window is with the car. The suspension is all new with front tubular control arms, shocks and springs. It also has a rear locker differential. The underside of this car is very well done and has the subframes tied together with steel squarebar in order to stiffen the body.
